The luxury sailing yacht Pacific Wave is available for Grenadines Yacht Charters until the end of November this year and during the months of July to October annually. Why not join us for a holiday of a lifetime sailing onboard our luxury yacht from Grenada to the Grenadines.
Pacific Wave is located at Port Louis Marina in Grenada during the summer months. Numerous airlines now offer direct flights into the island of Grenada otherwise known as Spice Isle due to the plentiful supply of locally grown spices. We will arrange for a taxi to meet you at the airport, which is only a 20 minute ride away from the marina. A private swimming pool at the marina is available for use by our charter guests. After boarding Pacific Wave you can relax with one of our famous Pacific Wave Rum Punches, unpack and then enjoy dinner onboard.
After breakfast we will set sail for the island of Carriacou, where we will anchor in Tyrell Bay for the evening. Here you can take a stroll along the sandy beach and enjoy a beer or a local Rum cocktail at the tiny Slipway Restaurant where you can look out over the bay and at Pacific Wave at anchor.
Now we are going to sail to the St Vincent and the Grenadines island chain, with our first port of call being Union Island. Customs and Immigration duties are undertaken at the airport at Clifton Harbour and you can take a stroll around this tiny village or enjoy a rum punch on Janti’s Happy Island. Happy Island is the most unique bar in the Caribbean being built from conch shells and it is located on top of the reef off Clifton Harbour. If you are very lucky the kitesurfers will be out entertaining you as you sip your cocktail. Once clearance is complete we will sail back around to the west side of the island to Chatham Bay where we will anchor for the evening. This crescent shaped bay has great snorkeling as well as a good selection of tiny local beach bars where you can enjoy a local Carib beer or a cocktail and watch the sunset behind Pacific Wave.
After breakfast we will sail to the beautiful Tobago Cays the uninhabited archipelago where we will anchor behind the Worlds End coral reef. Here you can usually swim with turtles and snorkel over the reef. These islands are within the Tobago Cays Marine Park. Local vendors will come alongside Pacific Wave in their tiny boats and offer teeshirts for sale and other gifts.
Our next island is Mayreau where we will anchor off Saline Bay. Here you can enjoy great snorkeling and also take a walk through the small village to the top of the hill where you will be rewarded with stunning views from the tiny Catholic Church looking down over both Union Island and the Tobago Cays.
After breakfast we will sail to the tiny private island called Palm Island, which is only 135 acres in size. This tiny island surrounded by elegant coconut palms is a perfect location for lunch ashore. Years ago the island used to be called Goat Island until the owner decided to plant coconut palms over the sandy shores and rename the island to the far more fitting name of Palm Island. After lunch we will sail to Clifton Harbour on Union Island to undertake customs duties.
Today we have a longer sail back to Grenada where we will arrive back at Port Louis Marina late afternoon ready to visit customs and immigration to clear back into Grenada the following morning.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast onboard Pacific Wave prior to disembarking for the airport.
